Judith Hart

Having experienced growing up in our region, Judith’s passion for Georgian Bay
life runs deep. Recognizing at a very young age, this all season destination is
abound with activities and interests that is sure to appeal to everyone. Coming
from a background of Fine Arts, her entrepreneurial spirit and a sense for
adventure was always present. Being an avid fitness enthusiast Judith invested in
a Jazzercise Franchise which she operated in and outside of London On for 10
years.  
A new chapter introduced Judith to the magical region of the Gulf Islands in
British Columbia. In keeping with Judith’s natural way with people she became
part of the Management Team for a prestigious Country House Hotel on Salt
Spring Island. Her integrity and professional work ethic was honed in welcoming
many celebrities and Guests from all walks of life to the Hastings House
experience. It was an honor to leave a legacy of being a gracious host, with an
attention to detail and a willingness to go that extra step for her Hotel Guests.
Judith became interested in Real Estate Development Sales when a Developer
took her under his tutelage and offered his guidance and knowledge of the many
relevant business processes. Igniting a strong interest, Judith ambitiously received
her Real Estate license in 2004 and her career took on an exciting direction.
Having had the privilege of working with many talented Professionals, numerous
and notable Developers and Architects, Real Estate sales has fostered many long
term relationships with Clients, Colleagues, and Friends.  
Judith looks forward to providing her expertise with clients looking for life in the
Georgian Bay region.
